Travellers beware - you will easily get lost here! All the valleys look identical, and you get hemmed in by dry stone walls and impassable ravines. This limestone pavement curiously leads to Malham Tarn, as if built by elemental forces to guide you there.

East to the rugged scenery of New Close
West to the top of Malham Cove
North west to the wide waters of Malham Tarn
