Singing Bowl Workshops

I gave my first workshop and performance of Tibetan bowls at the Festival Of Song, Drum and Dance at Cuffley Camp, near Potters Bar on 2005-07-23.

Bowls were featured at the final 2009 session of Bedford Drumming Group. Sadly the last session of 2010 on Tuesday 21st December had to be CANCELLED due to snow; we had hoped to have a sonic healing workshop/performance as an Antidote to pre-Christmas shopping stress. But they've made it in later years, and calmed the heartrates of many folk.

Since then I've been using the bowls lots in various performances, and in my school workshops which are very rewarding. Get in touch if you'd like some bowls in your life or work.

Wild Peace

I sometimes go to Chrissie's lovely Gong Baths in Aylesbury, St. Albans and other locations, which also feature singing bowls and crystal bowls.
